Gil Won-ok halmoni's 90th Birthday

Gil Won-ok halmonis’ 90th birthday party was held on November 30th, 2018.
Gil Won-ok halmoni wore a beautiful set of hanbok and welcomed everyone. People from the Korean Council, War and Women’s Human Rights Museum, Marymond, Yonsei University Health System Trade Union, Gyeonggi Coalition for Statue of Peace, individual volunteers at Peaceful Our Home, Media Mongu, and Newstapa attended the event to celebrate Gil Won-ok halmoni.
Gil Won-ok halmoni thanked everyone and shared a song. The Korean Council wrote a rolling paper for Gil Won-ok halmoni.
We thank everyone who celebrated Gil Won-ok halmoni’s birthday. Gil Won-ok halmoni donated all of the congratulatory money to the Gil Won-ok Women’s Peace Prize.
