첫 수요집회 | 정대협, 일본군'위안부' 문제 해결을 위한 정기 수요시위 시작 [상세보기]

• On September 10th, We delivered plaques of 2,607 names from Korea and international communities who sponsored the ‘Statue of Peace’ project in Germany LEE Na-Young, the Chair of the Board of the Korean Council for Justice and Remembrance for the Issues of Military Sexual Slavery by Japan (hereafter Korean Council), and IM Ji-Yeoung, the lead of the domestic solidarity team, visited the Statue of Peace at Kassel University, Germany on 10th September as a follow-up to the last visit on July. The purpose of their visit is to attend the plaques delivery ceremony with the names of 2,607 Korean and foreign citizens who have sponsored ‘the Statue of Peace’ activity in Germany, which was a result of two-month fundraising in Korea (July-August). 2022년 11월 1일

• RECAP: Aug 14 10th International Memorial Day for Japanese Military "Comfort Women" Events On August 14, 1991, Kim Hak-soon halmoni gave a public testimony revealing herself as a victim of Japanese military sexual slavery. • The Korean Council Advocates for the Permanent Preservation of the Berlin Statue of Peace in Germany On July 6th, at 6 p.m. German time, Lee Na-Young, chair of board at The Korean Council, who is currently in Berlin to advocate the preservation of the Statue of Peace in Berlin, Germany, held the Wednesday Demonstration in front of the statue with The Korea Verband.
